UFO’s and the Day China Stood Still [video]

If you have not seen the video yet, one of the most interesting UFO videos ever captured shows an “anomaly” above a Chinese airport. Reportedly the video was taken July 9th and and the story broken by reporters at Zhejiang Online. Needless to say the world has been a buzz trying to solve the mystery. The video is entrancing to say the least.

It’s not every day UFO’s disturb Chinese air traffic, nor is it every day local Chinese people describe white moving lights as “space shuttles.” If Chinese UFO sightings are not enough for you, another sighting with similar video evidence came out of Norway the other day as unexplainable spiral lights intrigued locals similarly. Just what is all this activity?

The news brings to mind 100 science fiction films – the vastness of the universe – “The Watchers” and concerned visitations? If you look at the video closely you can see a Chinese factory belching black smoke in the background, maybe a reason the UFO peeps did not make contact?

Of course the China reaction shifted from one of wonder and mystery over diverted flights and the like, taking on the “military” tone once the video became viral. Sure! “The Day the Earth Stood Still” does not apply to China. Seriously, the video does appear to be some sort of staged launch vehicle, all be it one at a strange early attitude and altitude.

For those of you enthralled, maybe it is not such a bad time for extraterrestrial visitation – even help – world leaders only seem to be able to much things up this last decade. Whatever the images are of, one thing is certain, the human imagination is still captivated by “what’s out there.” A good thing, but if we could just be more captivated about what’s going on down here.

Wrong. The video is not from the airport incident, it is from a sighting June 30 that was reported by the People’s Daily the day before the UFO at Xiaoshan (see picture and article “‘UFO’ in skies over Urumqi suspected to be American guided missile”).
