Pepsi Refresh Becomes the Stale Cola of Marketing Launches

Pepsi wins award for the biggest online marketing goof of the year. The launch of Pepsi Refresh slings cola all over contestants as this can of pop bursts. User data spewed all over the Web. Pepsi’s site apparently had a database snafu which convoluted user submitted data. The site’s submission section is currently closed while Pepsi rocket scientists plug the holes in the system.

Elvis 75th Celebrated at National Gallery and World Over

Yesterday Elvis Presley fans around the world celebrated the 75th Birthday of The King of Rock-N-Roll. An exhibit at the National Portrait Gallery in Washington D.C. maybe revealing the true impact Presley had on culture and society better than most examples. The gallery is featuring artifacts dealing with Elvis since his death in 1977. A measure of sorts of the cult like following the man has even 32 years after his departure. All over the world fan clubs and newspapers herald Elvis’ 75th.

If There Can Be Only One King, Let It Be Elvis

Elvis Presley was an is the only true King of not only Rock and Roll, but entertainment of the 20th Century. No one can compare artists of different times and genres, or different talents and fan bases. But, if we have to compare them, to elect a king among them, Elvis is it. No chronicler, story teller of any kind could take those of you back there to his time, if they only could. Somehow, Elvis is symbolic of a lot of things we lost, which will never be regained. He was the King of American culture.

Tatum O’Neil Hit On By Dad Ryan At Farrah’s Funeral? Classy!

According to an interview Ryan O’Neil gave to Vanity Fair, Farrah’s funeral was not the least of things on his mind. The aging actor apparently tried to hit on his daughter Tatum, who he did not recognize. Vanity Fair is milking the Farrah, Michael Jackson deaths for all they are worth.
