One really hot trend this month is sexy Halloween costumes for the ladies. Getting creative in the “spooky” season is nothing new of course, but this year the outlook for naughty Halloween costumer makers seems to outpace just about any other market segment.

Okay, this is a little far fetched, but the Web is running over with sites targeting the niche, as well as the obvious Google searches for women in what amounts to lingerie Halloween parties (or other activities).

sexy halloween plusAccording to some site’s claims, the average adult spends more on their own costumes than they do on their kid’s outfits for the season. This is of course a little misleading since the grown up versions are sometimes ridiculously priced.

Regardless, the variety and number of available costumes is pretty staggering compared to previous years. Now, the ordinary housewife and be virtually anyone she (or her mate) wants to be, or as spooky as need be too.

sexy haloween blondeEven former Miss California USA Carrie Prejean, who we wrote about earlier, has gotten in on the act by modeling Halloween fantasy costumes for Disguise.com and their Women of Marvel series.

Stores like Target, Amazon and Overstock.com have ramped up their inventories, and new sites like Hips and Curves (upper left) offer scary, sexy outfits for full figured ladies. As for Men’s costumers? Well, there are some out there but no one on Google or even most of the costume sites seems to care? Go figure.

There are no shortage or suppliers for these super sexy attention grabbers this year, and as one site’s video suggested, girls want to get noticed. The video below from Sexywearavenue.com reveals some ideas old and new. As for PR value? Well, the public wants what it wants, and Halloween is a time for dress up.

    I can attest to the fact that sexy halloween costumes are by far the most popular. And they remain the best sellers throughout the year, though of course they peak close to halloween. For men though, Michael’s thriller costume is enjoying huge popularity.

    I have noticed a lot of requests for sexy couples Halloween costumes so i believe married couples or couples in relationships are making these costumes more popular than the kids or teens costumes.
