Is Vera Baker’s Real Name Irene Schwoeffermann? [Images]

Updated… to remove a pic that was accidentally uploaded by the little lamb Lamo (I always said he was an idiot!) …

The wolf once wore a sheep’s wool fur and he was called a sheep. Now for me, this was seriously disturbing news. Vera Baker was the Finance Director for Barack Obama’s 2004 Illinois Senate campaign, according to some sources (although there are reports that back in 2004 Claire Serdiuk was Obama’s Finance Director). The National Enquirer (and a few other goofy publications) also alleged that Barak Obama and Vera Baker had an affair in 2004.

But today, when a commenter on our site said that Vera Baker’s real name was Irene Schwoeffermann (who, incidentally in 2006 was Director of the Student of Color Campus Diversity Project of the United States Student Association Foundation in Washington, DC) I ran over the grassy knoll of the web, in search of, not a mysterious gunman, but maybe a smoking gun. Whether or not Obama finds Schwoeffermann smoking hot or not, you may be interested in the photos below.

You see, you cannot find images of Vera Baker, because all the images in which you believe that you see Vera Baker actually feature Mrs. Schwoeffermann. Indeed, I found plenty of images of the young Schwoeffermann lady. Mrs. Irene Schwoffermann is now the Coalition Director of the Congressional Black Caucus.

So without further delay, I let you enjoy a few images of the person who is, otherwise named Vera Baker on the Internet. If Mrs. Schwoeffermann minds being called Baker, she should, in my opinion, use just one name. Coz even sheep get confused sometimes. Sheepy out. Now, I do believe that the whole Baker/Obama is nothing but a smear campaign, and I think it is unfair for Schwoeffermann to be misrepresented on the web under a different name. But take note that the National Enquirer is not guilty for the misinformation, and it is hard to trace the website that posted the wrong picture of Vera Baker first. For Irene Schwoeffermann this could be funny… or not. For me, it is tasteless.
