iLoop Mobile to Become Merkle’s Partner in Mobile Technology
Merkle, a rapidly growing customer relations marketing agency, has just chosen iLoop Mobile to join them in a partnership. The two companies will be working together, with iLoop offering its mobile marketing technology platform to Merkle. The customer relations company will use this to create complete, scaleable mobile campaigns.
By using iLoops technology, Merkle will be able to offer mobile internet, SMS/messaging, content delivery/CMS, open APIs for 3rd party applications and mobile for online web.
Mike Ricci, Merkle Vice President of Mobile Solutions, said, “Mobile marketing is one of the fastest growing channels for contemporary marketers – its highly personal, permission-based nature makes it an ideal tool for customer relationship marketing initiatives. Today’s best-of-breed mobile marketing programs are the ones that are focused around creating an ongoing relationship with the consumer. By seamlessly incorporating rich data from mobile programs into our clients’ marketing solutions, we are able to create an even more powerful digital profile of consumers and use that insight to drive effective relationship marketing programs.”
The iLoop Mobile platform is designed to make mobile campaigns quick and easy to execute. The platform also promotes brand awareness, the gaining of new clients, coupons and promotions, as well as other business goals.
“Merkle plainly recognizes the importance of mobile in today’s marketing environment and has made a significant commitment to the area. We are happy to be working with Mike Ricci and his team and look forward to a close, long-term partnership,” said Matthew Harris, iLoop Mobile chief executive. “We already are engaged on a number of joint projects and expect continued acceleration in our business together.”
