Pamela Bach, the former Baywatch star and ex-wife of David Hasselhoff, was charged with driving drunk on Saturday, November 28. After blowing a .14 and .13 during the breathalyzer tests, the California Highway Patrol confirmed that Bach will be spending part of her Christmas Eve in court.

California’s legal limit is .08, putting Bach over 1.5 times what the CHP allows as a safe blood alcohol level. She was booked by the Los Angeles Police Department at the Van Nuys station and was later released.

Pamela Bach, maiden name Pamela Ann Weissenbach, was married to David Hasselhoff for 16 years before their divorce in July 2006. They have two children together, daughters Taylor Ann and Hayley Amber, who were placed in the custody of Hasselhoff after divorce proceedings.

Bach, an American Actress, has appeared in the 1980s TV series  Night Rider, as well as several episodes of Baywatch. Like her ex-husband, Bach receives more attention in Europe and has won awards such as the Otto Award, presented to Bach by German teen magazine Bravo as one of German teens’ favorite actresses.

Eight months ago, Bach was arrested in Los Angeles with charges of a felony DUI. The most recent arrest of this past weekend counts as the actress’s second DUI in less than a year. A second DUI usually results in mandatory jail time in the state of California.
