4th Annual Where Hip Hop Meets Couture Artist Showcase in San Francisco Announced

Creative Edge Marketing announced today the date and the venue for its 4th Annual Where Hip Hop Meets Couture Artist Showcase. On November 6th 2009 from 7pm to 11pm, the Historic rotunda of San Francisco’s city hall will become the stage for one of the most spectacular shows featuring hip hop and couture fashions and industry professionals from around the country.

Live performances will include San Quinn, Erk tha Jerk, Jacka, Evenodds, and Paper Route. Fashion designers presented in the show are: Ed Hardy, Red Monkey, Cezer, Toby Tyler, Grace Mae Collection and Sean John. Tracey Dukes, featured model for Macy’s Sean John and Rip the Runway will highlight the pool of beautiful models at the show. Industry professionals from Warner Brothers, Interscope, Violators Management, and Make It Happen Entertainment are also expected in the Rotunda for a VIP-only reception.

The showcase’s Mistress of Ceremonies will be Malika from Puffy’s Making the Band and the host for the evening will be Sadat, the Krown Prence, former basketball star at University of San Francisco and professional player in the Japanese league. An after party hosted by selected players from Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers will occur after the showcase at Club 525 located at 525 Howard with invited guests such as Jay Z, Snoop Dogg and other celebrity guests. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the mentoring program at the Glide Foundation at Glide United Methodist Church.

Tickets for this event will be 40 dollars in advance, 50 dollars at the door and VIP tickets are 100 dollars. Tickets will be available at Gussies Chicken and Waffles located on Eddy at Fillmore in the Historic Fillmore District and Highline Custom Jewelry located in the Southland Mall in Hayward.

  1. As the CEO and President of Red Dipper, I am very excited about this event. Theodore asked me to do a PSA at the event on how the Hip Hop generation can do its part in reducing Global Warming. Red Dipper is proud to be a part of such an event at City Hall for great causes!
